Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating is becoming more and more popular and is a great deal more affordable than most people think.  There are two types of underfloor heating systems currently available, wet (running off your central heating system) and dry (provided by a series of electrical matts and / or wiring).  We specialise in the dry systems only.

These systems can be installed anywhere in the home but they are especially popular in bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens.  They can be installed with very little disruption, unlike the wet systems, and you can be up and running in a few days.

They can be installed under most flooring and can be used as the main source of heating in a room.  Ideal if you don't have the wall space for radiators etc, don't like the aesthetic or simply love the feel of a toasty warm floor under your feet.  They also work well along with any heating source you may already have in the room and they can really make a huge difference to those stubborn areas that can be a real struggle to heat.

There are several types of thermostat available so you can set your underfloor heating to turn on and off at a designated time, just as you might with central heating and just like most central heating thermostats, you can override the schedule at any time.
